Nacida en Canadá (Calgary, Alberta), el 30 de Noviembre de 1982, Elisha Cuthbert comenzó a trabajar como modelo con tan sólo siete años de edad. Pronto consiguió un papel en la serie de Nickelodeon "Are you afraid of the dark?," y posteriormente se convirtió en corresponsal de la premiada serie "Popular mechanics for kids".
